“ I bought my first "new" used car here, and I am glad I did. Car shopping wasn't something I was looking forward to at all since I was pretty attached to my old car, but they made the experience very positive. The salespeople do not pressure you at all, are friendly, and probably some of the nicest people I encountered while shopping for cars. When I took my new car home, they spent time going over it to ensure I knew how to use everything on it (keep in mind my previous vehicle was quite old so I didn't have all the latest gadgets). They also did some cosmetic work on my vehicle that was part of a toyota recall, and they got it done in what I thought was record time. I live in Madison, but the customer service was great so I definitely would consider bringing it back here for future service even though it is a bit of a drive. I highly recommend looking here for your next Toyota--after going to some of the Madison dealers, you'll notice a pretty big difference in customer service. They definitely care. ”
